Scottsdale Community College will host the annual “Alli Ortega Empty Bowls 2016” fundraiser to fight hunger Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in the school cafeteria.
The community event, which is free and open to the public, sells handmade ceramic bowls and provides a modest meal for $10. Proceeds go to Vista del Camino Social Services, a City of Scottsdale agency which offers emergency food, clothing and shelter to city residents.
Have you driven past the big round cutie yellow signs that say Over Easy? Next time drive right in and park. Go in and order yourself the blueberry pancakes.
